The Origin Story

Paradime Health didn't start as an agency. It started as a community.

Our founder — a pharmacist frustrated by the lack of authentic professional networks for healthcare workers — started hosting small networking events. No agenda. No sponsors. Just a room full of people who wanted to connect with peers who understood their world.

Those events became Black Health Connect. What started as small gatherings grew into 40,000+ healthcare professionals across 25 markets and 4 countries.

Along the way, organizations started asking: "How do we reach your community?" That question became Paradime Health — the strategic engine that turns our community infrastructure into measurable outcomes for partners.

We're not an agency that built a community. We're a community that became an agency. That's the difference.
